Suellen Gallamore (Rehoboth Beach, DE)It's so nice to have some wonderful, taste good options for those of us who must eat gluten free. This cookie fills the bill EXCEPT that I wish it were available with walnuts! I'm giving it only 4 stars for that reason. With walnuts, it would rate 5 stars.
Suzanne Grant (Ridgewod, NY)These are absolutely fantastic in every way. You cannot tell that they are gluten free - none of that "off" texture or flavor. My 25 yr old nephew ate 2 and told me he liked this recipe better than the one I used to make (America's Test Kitchen Best Chocolate Chip Cookies). He had no idea they were gluten free. I wish Tate's would hold a gluten-free baking class or publish a gluten-free baking book.

It is actually the BEST Chocolate Chip COOKIE I have ever had!!! You would NEVER know it was gluten free. You did a fantastic job on this cookie!! Thanks :)
