Tate's Bake Shop's web store commissary is located in East Moriches, NY. All orders are shipped from this location via UPS. We offer a full range of shipping options including Standard Ground, Three-Day, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight delivery. For Saturday delivery or for questions and help with international deliveries, deliveries outside the continental US (including Hawaii or Alaska), or for APO and FPO shipments, please contact Customer Service at 631-780-6511.

OUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD IS GROUND UNLESS OTHERWISE SELECTED OR REQUESTED.

Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box and requires a physical street address. To ensure delivery, please be certain to include company name, suite and apartment numbers where appropriate. Unless you specify that a signature is required, the package will be left at the driver's discretion. There is an additional UPS charge for orders requiring a signature.

Orders received by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 pm will be shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. The ship to location determines when your package will be delivered. Please refer to the UPS zone map below for specific delivery information. (Please note that UPS does not guarantee shipping days.)
