Care Instructions
For optimal enjoyment, eat immediately!
Tate's fresh baked goods have no preservatives and are best eaten right away; however, they can be stored. To enjoy them at a later time, please do the following.
Cookies
Cookies can be frozen by placing packages in a freezer bag and frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw cookies for one hour or eat frozen (our cookies make great ice cream sandwiches).
Brownies and Squares
Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 5 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To freeze, wrap tightly in clear plastic film. Thaw 1 hour before serving.
Pies
Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 5 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To freeze, wrap tightly in clear plastic film. Thaw for 2 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature or heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 5 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To freeze, wrap tightly in clear plastic film. Thaw for 2 hours before serving. Serve at room temperature or heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in its paper liner.
Tea Loaves
Refrigerate upon arrival for up to 5 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months. To freeze, wrap tightly in clear plastic film. Thaw for 1 hour before serving. Serve at room temperature.
Granola
Tightly seal and refrigerate upon arrival for up to 1 month or store in freezer for up to 3 months.
