Yes, all purchases must include a minimum of 15 gifts. For orders under 15 gifts, please order directly from the website.

Yes, discounts are based on volume and determined on an order-by-order basis. Business customers can save up to 20% off depending on order volume.

If you contact us before your order ships, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping rates follow Tate’s current shipping costs for website purchases.

Gifts can be delivered anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Gifts can also be sent to any foreign, APO and/or FPO designation via USPS.

We require a valid residential or business street address. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Yes you can. You can add multiple addresses in one order form. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our Corporate Gifting Management Specialist . Do not use the order form to shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Our cookies have a 3-6-month shelf life, depending on the flavor. Cakes, pies and bars have a 5 day shelf life and are shipped frozen with care instructions.
